The Pune We Want

Vaishali was invited as a panelist to discuss on the issues of how CII members can contribute towards making Pune the “City we want ”

She highlighted the following issues –

• Pune a safe city for Women to work ( Industries and organisations to implement the Prevention of sexual harassment against women at workplace Act in letter and spirit)
• Pune a safe city for Children to learn , play and evolve ( Educational Institutions to implement the Prevention of sexual harassment against women at workplace Act in letter and spirit)
• Pune a clean city by addressing the issues of slum rehabilitation and building of toilets to arrest open defecation
